Tightening up your vaginal muscles

Since I had a gynaecological operation a couple of years ago, my vaginal muscles have been rather slack.
I know that there are exercises to help tighten up these muscles, but I am not sure what they are.
Please help me as this is now causing problems with my boyfriend. He makes rude comments about how loose my vagina is.

Well, are you sure you want a boyfriend who is rude about your vagina? I am a bit surprised that 'an operation' has allegedly made your vaginal muscles lax. Usually, it is only childbirth that can do this.
Frankly, I think you should get an internal examination â to make sure that your muscles really are slack. The obvious place to go for this examination would be your local Family Planning Clinic â where they are used to dealing with this type of problem.
However, if they are, then here are the exercises for building them up.
