Gentamicin may increase the risk of kidney damage when used with:
Cyclosporin
Amphotericin
Gentamicin may increase the risk of ear damage when it is used with loop diuretics such as frusemide and etacrynic acid.
Gentamicin increases the risk of ear and kidney damage when used with vancomycin or cisplatin.
Gentamicin may increase the effect of non-depolarising muscle relaxants.
Gentamicin may block the effects of neostigmine and pyridostigmine which are used to treat a condition called myasthenia gravis.
Gentamicin increases the risk of toxicity when used with botulinum toxin.
