Tiaprofenic acid may enhance the effect of the following medicines, resulting in an increased risk of side-effects or toxicity: cyclosporin, digoxin, lithium, methotrexate, quinolone antibiotics, zidovudine and blood-thinning or anti-clotting medicines.
