Oculotect

How does it work?

These eye drops are a form of artificial tears. They do not contain any pharmacologically active ingredients as such, but do contain povidone, which is a non-irritant water-soluble polymer. Povidone is used to lubricate and moisten the surface of the eyeball in the same way as natural tears. The drops can therefore be used to relieve the pain and irritation of dry eyes. The contents of each single dose unit are sufficient to administer one drop into both the left and right eye.
