How does it work?

This preparation contains two ingredients, zinc undecenoate, undecenoic acid. Both of these have antifungal and antibacterial properties. This prepration is available as a cream or as a powder. It is used for the treatment and prevention of athlete's foot. Wash and dry the feet thoroughly each night and morning and then apply the cream or the powder to the affected area taking particular care to ensure a generous application between the toes. Wear clean socks or stockings each day and dust the inside with the powder. To prevent athlete's foot sprinkle the powder inside socks or stockings daily.

- Continue treatment for at least one week after the infection has cleared up.

- Skin irritation
- Hypersensitivity reactions such as narrowing of the airways (bronchospasm), swelling of the lips, throat and tongue (angioedema) or severe skin reaction (toxic epidermal necrolysis)
