Side effects

- Drowsiness
- Nausea and vomiting

How can this medicine affect other medicines?

Opioids should not be taken with MAOI anti-depressants or for two weeks after they have been stopped. When taken together with other drugs that have a sedative effect on the central nervous system, for example, alcohol, sleeping medicines, antidepressants and antihistamines, drowsiness is likely to be increased.
