Magnesium-containing antacids may increase the incidence of diarrhoea
The severity of adverse effects on the gastro-intestinal tract such as pain in the stomach or abdomen and indigestion (dyspepsia) may be increased if misoprostol is used with diclofenac or indomethacin (indometacin)
