Method
Heat butter and Yellow Curry Base in a large skillet
Add prawns and saute for 1 minute.
Add white wine and stock. Simmer for 1-2 minutes.
Remove prawns from skillet and set aside.
Add coconut milk to skillet and bring to a boil. Continue to cook until coconut milk is reduced by ΒΌ. This should take approxiamately 2-3 minutes. Place 4 prawns on each plate, dividing sauce between two plates. Garnish with basil leaves.
