Ingredients
3 lbs. minced meat (mix of beef, pork)
3 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 cloves minced garlic
4 eggs
1 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup grated romano cheese
1 tsp. parsley
1/2 cup water
3/4 cups oil
Method
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and
mix well.
Form meat into balls 1 1/2 inches in diameter.
Heat oil in frying pan until very hot.
Add meat balls and fry until golden on both sides.
Lower heat and continue cooking until meat is well cooked.
Combine the meat with a classic Italian sauce for the perfect filling meal.
