Lasagne


Ingredients

12 ounces lasagna sheets
1 lb. minced beef
1 (32oz.) jar spaghetti sauce
1 (15oz.) container ricotta cheese
2 1/4 cups shredded mozzerella cheese
1/2 cup grated parmesean cheese
1 egg
1 tblsp chopped fresh parsley
Season to taste

Method

Boil lasagna; drain and hold in cold water. Brown beef and drain of excess fat and combine with the spaghetti sauce.

In a large bowl, mix cheese, egg, parsley, and seasonings until well blended. Spread this sauce over bottom of a 9"x13" baking pan.

Place layer of lasagna over sauce mixture followed by half the cheese mixture. Repeat layers, ending with lasagna, and top with remaining sauce. Sprinkle with parmesean and mozzerella if desired. Cover pan with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Remove the foil and bake an aditional 15 minutes. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
