½ kg cubed pumpkin
12 g chilli powder (or 4 chopped green chillies)
9 g coriander
6 g cumin
60 g ground roasted sesame seeds
6 g mango powder (Aam Choor) (or 4 dashes lime juice)
6 tbsp vegetable oil
Asafoetida

Method
Steam the pumpkin pieces. Mash finely and add salt, chillies, coriander, cumin, sesame seeds and mango powder. Mix well. In a separate pan, heat the vegetable oil. When it is smoking hot add a grain of asafoetida. Add this mixture to the pumpkin gradually, stirring all the time. Serve.
