Detox non alcoholic cocktails from Tamarai

Non-alcoholic, detox cocktails are the perfect accompaniment any dish and great for keeping colds at bay. London's vibrant and stylish Indian restaurant Tamarai, have used ingredients such as cardamom, ginger, cinnamon and mint - all traditionally used in Asia as well as the West to treat a variety of ailments, from warding off colds to aiding digestion. These have been skilfully combined with both exotic and more common fruits such as nashi pears, blueberries and pomegranate, all of which are rich in nutrients, Vitamin C (some also contain Vitamins A, B, E and folic acid) and antioxidants.
