Served tall, shaken and strained into the glass; topped with soda and a beautiful garnish and you're ready to go. JJ uses fresh mango as his fruit base for his classic mango.

A good liquor, lemon juice, sweetner and possibly an egg white? JJ uses the egg to fluff up this cocktail cocktail and add good texture. That mixed with bourbon and raspberries creates a good strong flavoured cocktail.

The classic Collins uses a popular base liquor, a sour and a sweet. JJ uses a classis gin and adds his special touches and presents them in a tall and stylish Collins glass.
