Mint Julep

Ingredients:

2 oz Bourbon
Dash of Simple Syrup
Mint

Method

Muddle Mint leaves with Simple syrup, add 1 oz Bourbon, fill with crushed ice, add rest of Bourbon. Garnish with a Sprig of fresh mint.
