Tiscali Food and Drink Cocktails

Margarita

Ingredients:

Wedge of lemon
Salt
Ice
1 shot of white tequila
1 tbsp Cointreau
2 1/2 tbsp lime juice

Method

Wipe the lemon around the rim of a Martini glass to moisten it and then dip the rim into the salt. Into a shaker half filled with ice, pour the remaining ingredients. Strain the cocktail into the glass being careful not to dislodge the salt.
