Tiscali Food and Drink Cocktails

Dry Martini

Ingredients:

Ice cubes
1 shot vodka or gin
1/2 tbsp dry vermouth
Strip of lemon zest or a green olive for garnish

Method

Place a few ice cubes into a mixing glass, add the vodka or gin and the dry vermouth and stir. Strain into a martini glass and garnish with a strip of lemon zest or a green olive.
