Kirsch and Lemoncello Tanqueray Presseé (3 units alcohol)

15 ml Kirsch liqueur
15 ml lemoncello
10 ml maple syrup
10 ml lemon juice
50ml dry white wine
Instructions
Take a large wine glass and chill. Mix all ingredients together well apart from the wine. Pour into glass and top up with white wine. Garnish with fresh kirsch.

Vodka Cocktails

Mix together 1 shot vodka, 1 small measure of elderflower cordial and a squeeze of lemon. Top up with sparkling mineral water as desired.
Grapefruit Sour
Shake together 50 ml Finlandia Grapefruit, 25ml Sugar Syrup, 20 ml Fresh Lemon in a cocktail shaker and strain into a Martini glass. Garnish with a grapefruit twist.
Screwdriver
Mix together 12 oz of fresh orange juice with 3 oz Vodka and serve with ice.
Woo Woo
Mix 1 shot of Peach Schnapps with one shot of vodka and top up with cranberry juice.
Tropical cocktails

3 oz light rum
3 oz. light coconut milk
3 tbsp pineapple juice
Method
Put ingredients into a blender with some crushed ice. Blend at high speed for a short time. Strain Into a glass and serve with a straw.
Harvey Wallbanger
1 ½ oz vodka
4 oz orange juice
½ oz Galliano
Method
Pour vodka and orange juice into a chilled Collins glass with several ice cubes and stir well. Top with Galliano float
Banana Daiquiri
1 ½ oz Light Rum
1 tbsp Triple Sec
1 ½ oz Lime Juice
1 tsp Powdered Sugar
1 Medium, sliced Banana
Method
Blend with 1 cup crushed ice until smooth. Pour into champagne flute and garnish with a cherry.
