I'm sorry to hear you're not having much contact with your sons. I don't know whether you are legally separated or divorced. If so, you could go back to the lawyer who handled your case. Another option is to contact your nearest Citizens Advice Bureau, who may be able to arrange a free consultation with a lawyer so you can discuss the best way forward.
You may also like to contact your nearest branch of Gingerbread, which is an organisation for single parents. They have regular meetings and you may find someone there who has been through the same problems you've been having. You can find their number by ringing Directory Enquiries on 192. Another resource is an organisation called Families Need Fathers. Their website is at www.fnf.org.uk , and has general legal advice and other useful information.
