Symptom
A small number of Gateway personal webspace users have experienced problems in the past updating their website. Typically, they can see the upload has taken effect on the server, but when they check the live site, nothing has changed.
Solution
This problem should now have been resolved, and if you upload again, making sure that your FTP client is set to upload to ftp.myweb.tiscali.co.uk it should pick up the upload.
Make sure that you log on in the old Gateway format, that is, along the lines of XYZ43@ukgateway.net, and Not in the john.smith@ukgateway.net alias.
