How to upgrade or downgrade any Tiscali product
How to upgrade/downgrade your access package
2. If you want to change your current Tiscali broadband package to a different broadband or bundle package, click 'Change your existing broadband package'. Then simply login and follow the on screen instructions.
3. If you want to upgrade your current Tiscali dial up package to a broadband package, click 'Upgrade your existing dial up package'. Then choose the broadband package you want to upgrade to and follow the on screen instructions.
Note, Lineone customers should click here to upgrade to broadband.
4. If you want to change your current Tiscali dial up package to a different dial up package, click 'Change your existing dial up package'. Then login and follow the on screen instructions.
5. If you want to change from your current Tiscali consumer broadband package to a business broadband package, click 'Upgrade from consumer broadband to business broadband'. Then login and follow the on screen instructions.
3. If you want to upgrade your current Tiscali dial up package to a broadband package, click 'Upgrade your existing dial up package'. Then choose the broadband package you want to upgrade to and follow the on screen instructions. Note, Lineone customers should click here to upgrade to broadband.
4. If you want to change your current Tiscali dial up package to a different dial up package, click 'Change your existing dial up package'. Then login and follow the on screen instructions.
5. If you want to change from your current Tiscali consumer broadband package to a business broadband package, click 'Upgrade from consumer broadband to business broadband'. Then login and follow the on screen instructions.
