Important Message for Tiny Users
A small number of Tiny users have had difficulties accessing their email.
The solution is to update your settings and delete certain characters which did work with Tiny but which no longer do so.

To fix this problem open Outlook Express
On the toolbar at the top of the screen click Tools
On the drop down menu which appears click Accounts
A new window appears which wiil show you the connections you have installed.
Click the name of your connection (it may be called Tiscali, Tiny, or Tinyonline, or
pophost1.tinyonline.co.uk), and then click Properties on the right hand side
of this window.
This will take you to a new window with five tabs across the top (general - what you see at first), servers, connection, security, advanced. On the general screen, check that your email address is in the format
yourname@tinyonline.co.uk
and not
yourname*tinyonline.co.uk
When this is correct click Apply.
Now click the Servers tab.
Under Account Name check that your email address is your
name@tinyonline.co.uk and not yourname*tinyonline.co.uk
When this is correct click Apply and then Ok.
Now try to get your email.
Ps - remember that your login name for Tiscali webmail is also is name@tinyonline.co.uk and not yourname*tinyonline.co.uk
