If you can't login, it may be because you have a username in a format which is no longer recognised.

Important notice for Worldonline and Screaming.net users.
If the format of your email address used to be user@username.worldonline.co.uk or user@username.screaming.net, you must use the format above to access your emails. Don't worry, you will still automatically receive emails sent to the old format address.

If you are having problems logging in to a Tiscali service follow these steps:
- Have you mis-spelt your email address or password?
- If you have forgotten your password you need to call customer support (number below)
- Did you enter your email address and/or password in the wrong case (capital letters, for example) Is the Cap Lock key on your keyboard on?
- If you have changed your password but have been using the 'Remember my login' feature, then you need to uncheck the 'Remember my login' box, and enter your new password. You can then use the 'Remember my login' feature.
- Remember that your email address has to be in the correct form.
