Symptom
When you try to write a message in Outlook Express, you may get one of the following error messages:
- The operation could not be completed. Riched32.dll failed to load. Please re-install.
- MSIMN caused an invalid page fault in module Riched32.dll
- MSIMN caused an exception 0000006h in module Riched32.dll
Solution
The cause of this error message is a damaged Riched32.dll file. The fix for this is on the Microsoft Knowledge Base.
