If you read your mail using Eudora, and are having problems, the first step is to check your settings.
- To do this, open Eudora, and on the top navigation bar, click Tools and then Options as in this screenshot

- You will then see this screen called Getting started.
- Here check that the settings for pop3 and smtp are either as shown or pop3.lineone.net and smtp.lineone.net
or pop3.ukgateway.net and smtp.ukgateway.net
- Then click Checking mail and you will see this screen;
- Check that the settings are correct, and then click Incoming mail. You will then see this screen;
- Check that the settings here are correct and then click Sending mail to see this screen;
- Check that settings are, once again, correct, and then click Internet dial up to see the next screen;
- On this screen check that the checkbox Have Eudora connect using dialup
networking is checked and that Entry is set to Tiscali. If a different
connection appears here use the little arrow to change it. Click OK to save any changes and close the process.
