Error : Cannot Create Entry
If you are experiencing a 'Cannot Create Entry' error when trying to connect to Tiscali Broadband follow these troubleshooting steps:
This message may affect users of Windows 98 and Windows 98SE. The fix is to update your Dial Up Network Settings. You can do
this by downloading DUN 1.4 from
Microsoft. The download will take around 15 minutes using a dial up connection via a modem. You will need to download the
latest version, and then click it to install. You will also have to restart your computer for it to take effect.
