Manually install the Sagem Broadband modem

If you are having problems installing the Broadband modem software you can extract the drivers from the files on the CD using these simple steps:

Double click on the My Computer icon on your computers desktop when you have the CD in your computer. Here you must click on the Tiscali icon using the right hand key on your mouse and select Explore as follows:

Next double click on the Assets folder

Then double click on the Sagem folder

Now double click on the Setup.exe file which will run the software Installation process manually

A wizard will then start the Sagem modem installation process.

You must click Next on the Setup screen. Once the software has been installed you will be prompted to connect the modem to the computer as described in steps 3-8 here.

Now that the software has been installed you need to create a dial-up connection to connect to Broadband. Depending on which operating system you have on your computer (click the Start menu in the bottom left-hand corner of your desktop and the name of your operating system will appear on the left hand side) the method of creating a connection may vary. Click on your operating system from the list below:

Once you have created a Dial-Up Networking connection you will be able to connect to Tiscali Broadband.
