- Ensure you are using your Broadband username and password
which you setup when registering your Tiscali Broadband account. This is the
same as your Broadband email address. The format for entering your username
will be your_username@tiscali.co.uk and must be entered in lower case.
- Bear in mind that the Broadband password is case
sensitive, check your Caps Lock function on the keyboard to ensure you are not
typing a capital letter when you intend to type in lower-case.

Even if your username and password is automatically
saved from previous connections it is possible for this information to become
corrupted. Please delete anything saved and attempt to retype the correct
information. In Windows XP you may notice that the password appears as a long
series of dots which does not correspond to the length of your actual password
- this is an inbuilt security feature used to prevent others using your
computer from guessing your password and does not mean the password is
actually the length of the number of dots.
- If you have forgotten your password and would like it to be reset call the
Password reset line on 0906 3006633 (calls charged at 50p/min) .
Once you are connected it is recommended you assign secret questions to your
account by clicking
here. This facility allows you to retrieve your password by answering these
personal questions in the instance you forget your password again
