Hint: Easy "Butcher" Achievement
Once you've attained the Critical Mass and Tendril Devastator upgrades, simply choose a disguise (in order to keep a low profile), walk into the middle of Times Square, wait until you are surrounded by people and unleash the Tendril Devastator this will land you "The Butcher." 

Hint: Water Disguise
If you are near water, and the military is everywhere, hop into the water and change your disguise immediately as your entire body enters in the water. You'll then escape unnoticed.

Hint: Flourish Move
Once you purchase a power in Prototype and have it set as a shortcut move, you can then hold down the shortcut button to do a flourish move with the power.

Word to the Wise:
Unlockable: Body Surf - To unlock a new ability called "Body Surf," navigate to the Cheats menu (under "Extras" in the Main Menu) and enter this code: RIGHT, RIGHT, LEFT, DOWN, UP, UP, UP, DOWN.

The following cheats can be unlocked by performing the actions below. They can be toggled on and off in the Options menu:

Equipment Strength Upgrade - Collect 100% of the Art

Faster Health Recovery - Collect 50% of the Art

Gozerian Rookie Outfit (Slime Immunity) - Beat the game on Gozerian difficulty

Increased Scanning Speed - Scan 50% of ghosts and scan-able objects in the game

Invulerability - Collect 100% of both the Art and scan data

No Equipment Overheat - Collect all scan data

Word to the Wise:
NES Ghostbuster - In the Ghostbusters headquarters, one of the monitors on the upstairs desks has the ending screen from the original Ghostbusters game on the NES. The monitor comes complete with all the spelling and punctuation errors.

Unlocking certain Trophies also unlocks certain cheats. The requirements for each Trophy are listed below:

Cool Turrets (Turrets don't overheat) - Unlock the "Tank Buster" Trophy / Blow up 100 small hydrogen tanks.

Free Upgrade (Safehouse upgrades are free) - Unlock "Freedom Fighter" Trophy / Complete 50 Guerrilla Actions.

Max Morale (Max morale in all sectors) - Unlock the "Don't Tread on Me" Trophy / Liberate Oasis Sector.

Max Technology (Best armor and weapons for EDF, Guerrilla and Marauder) - Unlock the "Red Dawn" Trophy / Liberate Mars.

No Green Alert - Unlock the "One Man Army" Trophy / Complete 25 killing sprees during the Campaign.

Super Debris (Explosion and collision damage is tripled) - Unlock the "Coming Down" Trophy / Destroy 50 EDF owned buildings.

Super Hammer (Upgraded sledgehammer) - Unlock the "Best Friends Forever"

Unlimited Ammo - Unlock the "Freed Space" Trophy / Destroy 50 EDF flyers.

Under Options, choose "Extras" and select "Enter Code." Enter the codes below for the desired effect:

Hint: Vehicle Repair
Tired of losing your walker after you spent hours finding it? To repair it, and any other vehicle, just use Guerrilla Express while inside your vehicle. It should be within or nearby the camp you travelled to all repaired and ready to go.

Hint: Vehicle Repair Strikes Back
If you exit a vehicle near the end of a mission, after you beat the mission you can return to it and it will be fully repaired.

Word to the Wise:
Righting a Vehicle: If you have an overturned vehicle and you want it to turn it over back onto its wheels, hop out of it, and while it’s on its roof, walk near it and press TRIANGLE to hop into it. When that happens, repeatedly press TRIANGLE and the vehicle will right itself.

Play as SkyScrape:
At the title screen, press Up(3), Down, Left, Right, Up, Start to unlock SkyScrape from Tapout in Exhibition mode in the middleweight class. He is rated 74 overall.

Play as Mask:
Have three consecutive tapout or submission wins in Career mode to unlock Mask from Tapout in Exhibition mode in the light heavyweight class.

Play as Punk Ass:
Get the "Tapout" sponsorship in Career mode to unlock Punk Ass from Tapout in Exhibition mode in the lightweight class.

Word to the Wise:
Infinite Create-A-Fighter points In Create-A-Fighter mode, preview a fighter. Toggle his stats on, then off. Select him, and choose the "Customise Attributes" option. You will now have 3024 points to distribute. Distribute all the points, then select "Finished". Once the game saves, go back to Create-A-Fighter mode, and repeat the process until every skill is at 100. Note: This only works for fighter skills; Cardio, Speed, and Strength attributes are not affected by this glitch. This trick does not work in Career mode.

Hint: Charge Now, Pay Later II
After shocking a pedestrian once, walk up to them, lock on, and press SQUARE repeatedly to. You will suck the life out of them and replenish your power.

Hint: Corpse Batteries
Once you have killed someone, shock their body with your basic lightning bolts (no energy needed). While they are sparking, use L2 to absorb the energy and recharge.

Hint: Easy XP
In The Warren, find a Dustmen Conduit. These guys spawn small, scorpion-like creatures. These creatures die very easily, and the Conduit will spawn 3 at a time at a frequent rate. Find a safe spot (like a rooftop) where the Conduit will have trouble hitting you with his rocket launcher, and the creatures won't be able to get you. Then from up there you can safely attack the creatures for easy, unlimited XP.

Hint: Easy "AC/DC" Trophy
An easy way to get the AC/DC Trophy is to go to one of the substations and, before you re-establish the circuit, absorb electricity from it. It doesn't run out, so after a few minutes the Trophy will be yours.

Hint: Easy, Slow Dr. Cole Trophy
To get the Dr. Cole Trophy, you'll need to heal 250 pedestrians. Instead, shock somebody, then heal them (in a safe area). Repeat this 250 times to get the Trophy.
