Street Fighter IV
Bonus characters - Successfully complete the indicated task to unlock the corresponding character.
Akuma (Gouki): After unlocking all characters except for Akuma, Gouken, and Seth, play Arcade mode with any character you have already completed the game with and the rounds set to one. Get at least one "Perfect" victory, and do not lose a single round to fight Akuma after defeating Seth. Defeat Akuma to unlock him.
Cammy: Successfully complete Arcade mode with Crimson Viper.
Dan: Successfully complete Arcade mode with Sakura.
Fei Long: Successfully complete Arcade mode with Abel.
Gen: Successfully complete Arcade mode with Chun-Li.
Rose: Successfully complete Arcade mode with M. Bison.
Sakura: Successfully complete Arcade mode with Ryu.
Seth: Successfully complete Arcade mode with all characters, including the bonus characters.
Word to the Wise:
Easily unlock characters: Start a game in Arcade mode, and set it to the easiest difficulty and one round. With any character, press Hard Kick repeatedly. You should defeat the CPU every time.
Killzone 2
Successfully complete the indicated task to get the corresponding Ribbon:
Air Support Specialist: Get five kills by air support.
Assassination Defend Specialist: Stay alive as an assassination target.
Assassination Kill Specialist: Kill one assassination target.
Body Count Specialist: Perform ten kills during a mission.
Boost Specialist: Perform five boosts.
C4 Specialist: Perform five kills with C4 explosives.
Capture and Hold Defend Specialist: Get ten mission points by capturing a point.
Cloak Specialist: Kill five enemies while cloaked.
Close Combat Specialist: Get ten kills by close combat melee.
Disguise Specialist: Kill five enemies while disguised.
Good Conduct: Get no team kills/suicides, and score at least 20 points.

Halo Wars
Search the indicated locations to find the corresponding Black Box:
Mission 1 (Alpha Base): Just under the last bridge before you enter the rear gates of Alpha Base.
Mission 2 (Relic Approach): Enter the area through the Covenant shield with the supply crates. It can be found at the top left of the map.
Mission 3 (Relic Interior): The left side of the starting point, close to the Pelican crash site. This is just outside the Relic itself.
Mission 4 (Arcadia City): At the base of the elevator tower near the controls where you save Adam.
Mission 5 (Arcadia Outskirts): Just off the main road behind a destroyed Pelican, down the first ramp.
Mission 6 (Dome of Light): At the far side of the map, where you transported the third Rhino by Pelican.
Mission 7 (Scarab): On the right side of the map, just inside a cave-like alcove that contains some supply crates.
Mission 8 (Anders' Signal): On a ridge located to the right, close to the big Brute fire line at the start.
Mission 9 (The Flood): Go straight out from the base ramp towards the map's opposite side.
Mission 10 (Shield World): With Bravo platoon, in the middle of the platoon you pick up.
Mission 11 (Cleansing): Towards the left-rear of the ship, on the sloped wings. A flying unit is required to retrieve it.
Mission 12 (Repairs): Close to the left side of the Power Core building, just on the left edge of the Spirit of Fire.
Mission 13 (Beachhead): On a ledge near the second set of teleporters that are behind the Covenant base.
Mission 14 (Reactor): Up and to the left at the peak of first ramp. It is on the edge of the ramp.
Mission 15 (Escape): Between the Covenant base and Flood area in the northern part of the map. It can be found directly across from your starting point.
Unlock Secret Achievements:
Meet Sergeant Forge (10 points): Complete the first mission on any difficulty.
Ice Warriors (40 points): Complete Act I on any difficulty.
Key to Pirth (50 points): Complete Act II on any difficulty.
Ugly is only Skin Deep (70 points): Complete Act III on any difficulty.
No Way Home? (70 points): Complete Act IV on any difficulty.
Word to the Wise:
Skull search: In Mission 1 (Alpha Base), the Skull can be found on the left side of the last battle area before you go into Alpha Base. When Grunts die, their methane tank will always shoot off.
F.E.A.R 2: Project Origin
Search the following locations to find the corresponding Reflex Injector:
Mission 2 - "Awakening": After the elevator cutscene, you will find a double door that requires a key card. Go past it, and enter a small room to find the keycard on a dead man. Return to the first set of doors to get into the room with the Reflex Injector, which can be found on a shelf.
Mission 3 - "Discovery": After going through a vent, there will be a worker executed by a flamethrower soldier. Look on the floor of the bathroom in this room to find the Reflex Injector.
Mission 4 - "Withdrawal": Immediately after Intel 26, go down the stairs to the left. The Reflex Injector is on a counter. Once you reach the elevator that goes up, you will see it.
Mission 5 - "Replica": After looking at an Abomination with the monitors, go through the double doors directly across from it. Turn off the valve to a flaming pipe that blocks the room with the Reflex Injector sitting on a shelf before coming into the Abomination monitor room.
Mission 6 - "Ruin": During the battle around the downed plane, once upstairs, go all the way to the back of this same building. You will find a box with both Intel and a Reflex Injector on it.
Mission 7 - "Top": The Intel and Reflex Injector are both on the same table when you arrive at the closed doors that you have to open. When you exit the power armour, it is to the left, up some stairs, and in the room on the table.
Mission 8 - "Elementary": It is hidden under a projector in a room in the hallway with yellow lockers and where ghosts start to appear. It is the room on the right after the trophy case.
Mission 9 - "Nurse's Office": After seeing two soldiers get incinerated, look in the bathroom on the right in the hallway, where there are some corpses over a barricade.
Mission 10 - "Snake Fist": After returning power and stopping the lockdown, go back to where Intel 54 was found. Go down the ladder where the mechanical arm is moving. It will uncover the Reflex Injector for you to pick up.
Mission 11 - "Keegan": When you walk upstairs, go to your right and back down the stairs. You will find the Reflex Injector and armour seen earlier.
Mission 12 - "Epicenter": Just before you enter the theatre, enter the room where the laser man breaks down the doors. The Reflex Injector is to the right on a counter.
Mission 13 - "Approach": Look in a little nook away from the major part of the same room as Intel 70. You can reach it by going up the platform, going straight off it, turning to the right, and dropping down a ladder and climbing up another one. It overlooks where you initially came in the room.
Mission 14 - "Climax": Immediately as you exit the tunnel after seeing "the tree", the Reflex Injector is directly in front of you.

Successfully complete the game to unlock the "Project Harbinger" main menu background.

Word to the Wise:
Need extra kills? Once you have a sniper rifle, go to the rooftop of the mall where the elevator is located. Take a look at the parking lot through the fence at the right of the elevator door. You can see many zombies walking through the parking lot that can be shot to raise your killing score.
