So what is Netropolis 2? Think online multi-player business building mixed with devious undertones. Originally launched in 1997, Netropolis is Tiscali's free to play online multi-player game. Its clean and clear graphics make it easily usable by the vast majority of PCs and Macs, and as it runs through a browser, no additional software is required.

Players aim to build up a huge business empire and can either link with other players or strive to conquer on their own. Co-operation between players is strong, but so is the competition, with players using fair means or foul to get to the top of the rich list.
