The prize draw is open to all UK residents aged 18 or over except for employees of Tiscali and of agency associated with this prize draw and family members of those persons. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary.

Only one entry per person is permitted.

All entries must be received by midnight 09 December 2007(UK time) and the draw will take place the following day. Winners will be formally notified within 21 days of the draw date.

No responsibility can be accepted for entries that are lost, delayed or damaged. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt of entry.

The prize is as described and no alternative prize is available.

Tiscali's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

Tiscali reserves the right to extend the prize draw for as long as necessary in order to get the required sample of survey respondants. No entry can be accepted if all details are not provided.

Entrants acknowledge that their entries, though not the details of the survey, may be released or displayed to the public by Tiscali or any agency connected with the competition and assign all rights necessary for promotion or publication of such entries to Tiscali.
