A cup of tea (pardon sage tea, because I am on diet, for my stomach, so I drink sage tea instead of tea
) at my desk and my cat, she is sleeping in her bed basket under my desk lamp! But I am sure, she listens to the music with me... Because music is always with me... I am reading and I writing... Between day and night, time passes like that for me. There is too many things happening in my country, most of them political things and I can't catch them all... Even I don't want to catch them all too, I will never understand what's going on. Even no one will listen to me, to my questions and to my rejections too... Till the date of another selection! Ah, I never give my vote to them but they all get the most votes always. There is something wrong in this matter, but... it is better not to talk for my security Swine flu is spreading very fastly. And vaccine began today for medical staffs. Then the next one will be students... But for the pregnants there will be another vaccine and will be here on December as they explained. It was a debated matter and then it is decided to apply these different vaccines... I hope everything will be fine for everyone and for the world too. But of course, people are so impressed by all these things. All schools are closed now for cleaning and disinfection the schools and classes... This should be the face of the modern world. Global problems! Everything grows so fastly... Time is not same as in my childhood years or as in my youth years... Sometimes I miss this little girl who was watching the snow from her window. This ironically hits me now! I am not a little girl and I am not in the village that I was born and I am not watching from the window of my childhood home But nothing changed, life is to watch while we are living in it from the windows of the time. From todays, from past or from future... But as old wise Japanese masters says that should be lived now, only now, right now...because now is important, right now! Now, I am in my humble world, talked as if you were here with me by drinking our cup of teas. Hoping that it was enjoyable moments we shared. But I know my writing in English language is better than my speaking So... you tell me... if you wish ![]() Good Evening, and have a nice day for tomorrow, thank you, with my love, nia

It was funny... made me laugh. Tonight one of my young friends sent a link to me, and they said that it would make me smile... Then I visited this link.
![]() http://www.titane.ca/igod/ This is a computer program. But you can talk online with God... Yes, it is igod... We had a very interesting conversation. He asked me, I replied, I asked him, he replied. Then he asked me that what did I want him to do? and I said, I want to have my wings... I feel myself as if I am an angel but I don't have my wings. He said, ok, I have already given you your wings... Good luck but be careful for using them. ![]() Now, I have my wings... I should try of course. ![]() What a world we have... What an imaginary. You should visit makes to smile... with my love, nia

This cat actually Halloween cat! maybe I am early for this,...and yes, I should be a real angel with my wings tonight! If I were a programmer for this igod, I would make a better sentences and better questions and answers... but it really made me smile. But think of future... in the far future, who knows maybe human can be able to talk to our creator! Can you think of this, maybe human's spirutal part would be improved more and like prophets, but for this, human should be improved very well, should be a nice and right one. maybe also at that time all bad things and negativities, devils, etc. all of them would be finished and and human would be in his best position on earth and could be able to talk to God,... But you know, I am talking about a real talking... Otherwise we are all believers talking inside of us with God always. Thank you for this lovely visiting, with my love, nia

Good morning Nia and fellow SSs and tea drinkers. I have an enormous (latte) mug of green tea and I feel quite smug having worked hard this morning AND had the village postmistress round and had a long conversation in Bulgarian over a cup of tea (yes) and a chocolate biscuit.
This is the season of transition - it is still warm enough to be called autumn and there are certainly leaves on the trees although they are all turning and one windy day would probably make them drop. Mara, the postmistress told me to bring all my plants indoors which I have done - snow is forecast for Saturday. The first snow of the winter is always exciting and I shall take lots of photos. I can hear Mr Zanzi hammeirng away outside building a fence from old logs - it is looking very rustic. Monty Kotka is doing his first day's work. We have something living in the roof of our barn building (renovated) so he is on mouse/rat duty. He is not very happy about it but he is being put in there for a few hours each day from now on and hopefully the rodents will smell him and move out. To make certain a friend is bring us over an ultrasonic repellant next week. I shall report back. Off to fill up the bird feeder and then lunch. Have a nice day everyone Cheers Z

Zanzi, I send a photograph from Istanbul! I am sure you can remember this tea set... Samovar or Tea urn! This is a traditional way for tea but we can't see more, especially in homes but in touristic places still we have. It would be so nice to have a tea at the Bosphorus... I dream so many things but we don't know if they would be real or not. I pray for this. Seems you are a very busy woman I do believe Monty Kotka will make the best for them My Princess, she is making distrupted (or scattered) everywhere in the home... I begin to tidy-up the home at first from her workings of early morning... Because there is one point for her, can't stand to see me sleeping!!!! So if she can't make me wake up, she begins to distrupt everything in home. Sometimes she carries all her toys into my bed... When I open my eyes I found so many toys on my pillows... And yes, she is my clever one, sometimes if I am sleeping, she comes and pushes the button of the ceiling lamp, and makes the light on! Suddenly I find a light into my eyes!!!! She learned how to make this, the button at the wall and she can jump to the bedstand and she reaches to the button. Today, "Republic Day" is celebrated throughout Turkey. On October 29, 1923, the Turkish constitution was amended and Turkey became a republic. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, capitalized on his reputation as an efficient military leader and spent his following years instituting wide-ranging and progressive political, economic, and social reforms, transforming Turkish society from perceiving itself as Muslim subjects of a vast Empire into citizens of a modern, democratic, and secular nation-state. Mustafa Kemal Atatürk worked hard to establish his vision, "peace at home, peace in the world", up until his death in 1938 - which is why we miss him ever more today. The following video is a tribute to Atatürk. It's a collection of some of the rare video clips from his time, accompanied with music by Sema - a song called 'Hasret' (meaning 'Longing' in Turkish). http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R2GnxurS0Lg There is a firework show tonight at the Bosphorus, probably at the bridge. Maybe we will go to watch this and maybe I can take pictures of this show. I hope and wish I can take a good shots, because it will be the first time for this show. But it depends on the weather too, because today it is rainy and should be much more cold at the sea side. But I don't know right now... Zanzi, thank you for visiting my humble place but be sure one day we would be drinking tea and having a wonderful moments together here or there... Our hearts would be the only address for this, I do believe. I wish you and Mr.Zanzi to have a nice and warm day, God Bless you my dear friend, with my love, nia

Offff. It is so bad when you can't make what you wish.... I am like a child now, I know. I am angery with myself too. But... yes but... it would be a nice show and a nice oppurtunity for me!!!!!!! Ok, I stop crying. Would you like a cup of tea? But you should bring something with you, it can be a picture, or a book or a quote from a book or from a writer etc. or you can bring a poem with you... Or you can bring just your own words too... Hallo Nia - I hope you are feeling happier. Have a look at the picture of Mr Zanzi on YR's thread - that should make you laugh! I think those samovars are wonderful. To mention Gulhane Park again (I remember going there 20 years ago when there was a zoo there - they have now let the parrots free and they are breeding in the trees) we always go and have tea at the cafe overlooking the railway with a beautiful view of the sea. They serve their tea in samovars. I don't have milk or sugar in my tea so for me it's absolutely perfect.
I hope other people find our posts interesting. You writing about Turkey and me next door in Bulgaria Cheers Z

But you make all beautiful things. I love Bulgaria and Bulgarian cultures and music. You read I think in another post I wrote about a musician couple from Bulgaria... We are neighbourg and we have a great history between us, and you don't believe but once upon a time I saw a dream it was so strange and I didn't understand anything but I searched and I asked especially one of my wise friends, (he died a few years ago because of cancer, I miss him too so much) anyway, I asked to him because he was knowing very well Istanbul and all historical things. and He told me that I could find the church in Balat... I saw in my dream the last Bulgarian Prince and we talked with him, and there was a church, and I almost saw this church but in my real life I haven't known anything about this church and about this last Bulgarian Prince and my wise friend, understood which was in my dream and he gave me an address and I went to this church. yes it was this church in my dream I walked around it and I prayed and my soul felt the peace as if I did something for this last Prince or... I don't know, I can't explain this, even in any language. It should be something so spiritual, like X-files... ![]() So, I love all Balkan countries... Please if you can, visit poetry and creative writing section, you will find there one of my poems that were written by the inspiration of Macedonia... I have friend from there too. She is a young poet. And she inspired me with all their musics, and cultures... and I wrote some poems... I am such a strange one, who I am I don't know but I love world and world people within their cultures and within their stories and within their arts and creative worlds... I hope our friends who watches and reads us, having enjoyable times with us, but I am happy to read you, how closer you are to me, to my humble world and also how near we are! Samovar.... yes, when we will meet here, I wish to have a cup of tea with you, of course Mr.Zanzi and Mr.Sunset too Wait for us Istanbul... oh please pray for me dear Zanzi. Next week my son he is going to give his papers for military job and then, I don't know... I pray for him to go a near place to us... Not so far. Not so far. Oh, God please hear me. Thank you, I will go now to Yorkshire's page... Have a nice day for tomorrow, don't forget to take pictures ![]() By the way there is a salon on photography you can join this with your Halloween picture Take a nice one! with my love, nia
