Are any special packages available?  
Are they able to work creatively within your budget?
A copy of example of actual menus  
What are the price ranges of the menus?  
Can I sample some food?  
Do you provide wedding cakes?  
Can I provide my own table decorations?
If a buffet is offered is it a finger, fork or assisted buffet?  
How is the food served?  
Can we supply our own wine, champagne etc?  
If so, is there a charge for corkage?  
Can you cater for any special dietary requirements?  
Do you supply crockery, cutlery and glasses?  
Do you supply tables, chairs and linen?  
What is the price of wine and champagne?  
Are serving staff included in the cost?  
How many other bookings do they have for the same date?  
When is the final guest count due?  
How far in advance are bookings required?  
When is the deposit due?  
How soon after the event is the balance due?  
Is VAT being included in quotes?  
Confirm dates, times and details with a written contract. Should include breakdown of food, drinks, corkage, staff, delivery, travel expenses, equipment hire and service charges.
