| In an emergency you will be sent a replacement photographer/videomaker? | |
| How soon after the wedding will proofs/tapes be? | |
| Who will own the rights to the images? | |
| How far in advance will bookings be taken? | |
| When is the deposit due? | |
| How soon after the event is the balance due? | |
| Is VAT being included in quotes? | |
| What is the policy on postponement/canellation? | |
| Are they willing to take into extra considerations of your venue e.g. no flash in certain rooms? | |
