Ingredients:

• 50ml Hendricks Gin
• 25ml lemon juice
• 12.5ml sugar syrup
• 1 bar spoon of luxardo sambuca
• 1 bar spoon of Mozart dark chocolate

Method:
Shake all the ingredients over ice and double strain into a martini glass. Garnish with a star anis floating.
