50ml Partida Blanco Tequila
25ml freshly squeezed lime juice
15ml Partida Agave nectar (or similar Agave syrup)
15ml mineral water
Method: Shake the ingredients with ice in a bar shaker. Strain into a glass; serve on the rocks or straight, with no garnish and no salt! Serves 2 people.
