Gingerbread martini
50ml Ketel One vodka
10ml Frangelico liqueur
15ml gingerbread syrup (available at Starbucks)
20ml Baileys Irish Cream

Method:
Shake all ingredients together and strain into a chilled martini glass. Garnish with a few ginger biscuit crumbs.

Twinkle twinkle
50ml Ketel One vodka
15ml Elderflower syrup
Champagne top

Method: Shake the vodka and elderflower syrup and strain into a martini glass, top with champagne. Garnish with a string of redcurrants.
