Ice, apple juice, Fentiman's Dandelion & Burdock, juice of 1 lime, 2 teaspoons clear honey.

Victoriana Louloubelle:
Gin, elderflower cordial, 4 mint leaves, sugar, juice of lemon, chambord, cherry marnier, Fentiman's Victorian Lemonade.

Baltic Midnight Express:
Vodka, triple sec, 2-3 dashes aromatic bitters, Fentiman's Madarin and Seville Orange Jigger, dash of soda, blueberry puree.

Seville Citron Cooler:
Half a peach, 3 coriander stalks, vodka, creme de peche,Fentiman's Mandarin and Seville Orange Jigger.


For evening sophistication...

Ginger Grouse - the 'secret' recipe:
Fill a highball glass with ice. Pour in a measure of The Famous Grouse. Squeeze and leave in a wedge of lime. Fill the glass with a freshly upended bottle of Fentiman's Traditional Ginger Beer. Stir and enjoy.

Martini, gin, grand marnier, Fentiman's Victorian Lemonade.
