Ingredients:
- 200g White Stilton & Apricot cheese, crumbled
- 2-3tbsp spicy chutney
- 1 small bunch coriander leaves, finely chopped
- 1-2 boxes mini poppadums
Method:
- In a bowl mix together the cheese, chutney and coriander.
- Spoon the cheese mixture over each poppadums and serve immediately.
