Makes 12
Ingredients:
- 420g(14oz) can red kidney beans, drained
- 75g(3oz) (around 4 tablespoons) bought salsa sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
- 12 wholegrain Krisprolls
- 200ml(7fl oz) pot Greek yogurt
- mixed salad leaves, to serve
Method:
- Mix together the beans, salsa sauce and most of the chilli powder.
- Pile this mixture onto the Krisprolls. Serve each topped with a spoonful of the yogurt and a sprinkling of extra chilli powder.
