Ingredients:
- 6 tbsp Ocean Spray Jellied Sauce
- 1 tbsp oil
- 450g /1 lb chicken breast fillets, skinned
- 3 tbsp sesame seeds
- lime wedges, to serve
Method:
- Mix the Cranberry Jelly with the oil.
- Place the chicken breast in between two pieces of greaseproof paper and flatten using a rolling pin. Cut the chicken into long 2.3cm /1 inch wide strips and weave onto skewers. Brush the chicken with the Redcurrant and Cranberry Jelly mixture.
- Cook the chicken under a preheated medium grill for 3 minutes each side or until thoroughly cooked, remove and sprinkle with the sesame seeds while still hot.
- Pour the remaining cranberry jelly mixture into a saucepan and heat until warm. Serve the kebabs alongside the warm sauce and lime wedges.
