The former bodybuilder made BB history when she and her boyfriend Mario became the first ever couple to enter the house.
And she made history again when the pair became engaged in the penultimate week - and Lisa also became £25,000 richer.
Lisa and Mario were the very first housemates to walk through the doors for Series 9. But the pair didn't have a chance to show off their relationship - Mario was introduced to his new girlfriend Stephanie, a 19-year-old student, as part of a secret task.
Lisa was forced to put on a fake smile as her Italian Stallion wooed and worshiped the pretty blonde - and even married her.
The group failed to fool the others into believing Mario and Steph were loved up and as a result Steph was voted out.
Mario and Lisa were happy to remain in the house, and told the others their eviction survival was thanks to their wide fan base.
"Fourteen million people seen him on the Ant and Dec!" Lisa explained after Steph was axed.
The kooky couple, who met when Lisa bought a crystal ball from Mario on eBay, kept us entertained with their garden work-outs, fake tanning sessions and their incessant exfoliating in the tub.
Lisa even got to celebrate her man's 43rd birthday with him - as Big Brother treated the lovers to a booze-filled private party in the Diary Room.
But they soon had their first row, after the Health and Safety fanatic called Lisa a "mug" for cleaning up after the whole house, insisting: "They're just laughing in your face and you just can't see it!"
But the others soon grew fed up with the muscled macho man - and in week five Lisa kissed him good-bye.
However, it wasn't the last time she saw Mario. The muscley hunk returned as a surprise for Lisa - and presented her with an engagement ring, using a series of cue cards to pop the question.
Delighted Lisa cried with joy as Mario handed her a huge diamond ring. "It's cost me an arm and a leg," he told her.
And there was more good news for the Warrington lass.
In the penultimate week, Sara and Lisa each became £25,000 richer after playing a game of Prisoner's Dilemma.
After being nominated by their fellow housemates in a face-off, the pair learned they had a chance to win some money.
The both chose to split the £50,000 and were delighted with their win.
But Lisa earned the money - especially during the gruelling fitness tasks. The exercise buff was central to the Hellmates' efforts in passing the French task, which required them to cycle for miles on exercise bikes.
The 40-year-old stayed true to herself during her time in the house, and was one of the few who stood up to bullying chef Rex after he made a comment about her cooking skills.
"You're sarcastic and rude all the time but you can't take it when
someone is like that with you. I won't put up with it anymore, so shut
up," Lisa told him, as the others sat looked on in stunned silence.
And later that night, the cocky cook was reunited with his girlfriend Nicole - and it served as a reminder to Lisa of just how much she missed Mario.
She stunned the others after she broke down a fire exit door and left the Big Brother House, shouting, "Ooh, I'm going! Bye!"
She re-emerged half an hour later, after a security guard stopped her from taking off. The producers allowed her to re-enter the house as she had not stepped out off the compound.
"I was missing Mario, I got jealous," she explained, before admitting "it felt good" to be free for a few moments.
The housemates are sure to miss Lisa - or at least her masses of make-up. The beauty fanatic, who Mohamed initially believed to be a man, helped the others look their best by styling their hair and giving them make-overs.
She was even appointed the position of Big Brother Barber, and although she never became the Head of House, she seemed content to shave bald both Mikey and Darnell.
At least she doesn't need to find anyone to do her hair and make-up for her forthcoming wedding.
