Capable of a top speed of 187 mph and flying from 0-60 in just 4.8 secs, the R8 is hotly tipped to take the crown from the Porsche 911. Audi plans to release 3,500 R8s next year with an additional model powered by a Gallardo V10 engine planned for 2008.
