Sigourney Weaver - Filmography

Hailing from heavy industry stock - her uncle was a famous comic and her father the president of NBC - Sigourney Weaver always looked set for success in showbiz. Starting out as a gifted comedienne, she then moved into serious theatre but, amazingly, did not break through till Alien, the hit horror flick that would make her the only female action hero in franchise history.
