Human rights

Human rights
With a recent court ruling allowing Abu Qatada to remain in Britain and not to be deported back to Jordan, should terror extremists and hate preachers be kicked out of the UK, even if it means they could face death or a breach of their human rights in another country?

Human Rights laws are all well and good, but as usual in this country they work against the law abiding citizen.
“Our country” is controlled by the do-gooder brigade, our governments are and have been very weak and it seems almost afraid to stand up and say this is the way it’s going to be, if you break the law quite simply you forfeit your human rights, this does not mean criminals will be tortured or stoned to death but their lives should be made very uncomfortable not our current system where prison is a virtual holiday camp and criminals can take legal action against the government etc.
Yes any foreigner in our country who commits serious crime should be deported immediately any assets that person has should be seized and added to the state coffers.
Serious crime is theft upwards, not parking offences etc.

You can quite see why more and more people are considering BNP as an option but the many problems this country has are by no means all related to immigration.

This ruling is a prime example of how soft our courts are in this country. but i believe this is somthing Britian will have to get used to as the goverment and Britian are now are controlled by the EU so more and more terrorist extremists will be ruled just the same and allowed to remain in Britian

scrap this stupid human rights law the only people this assists are criminals and terrorists, bring back corporal punishment ,i can recall stories of the birch very few if any received it twice abu qatada should disapear from this planet and many more like him. beleive me i'm not a racist but this goverments policies and innefficiency in controling the immigration are forcing me to look in the direction of the b.n.p when my 86 yr old aunt says to me i'll vote b.n.p they seem the only people who are trying to give me back the country i fought for then there is something drastically wrong, get rid of this idiot in charge now and send him back north of the border and let him take the man of straw with him .as he is no doubt the worst in his job ,bring back anne widdicombe

The Courts have a job to do, unfortunately, this does not seem to extend to protecting the rights of the true people of Britain, in all circumstances.

I believe that any preacher of hate found guily of the offence, and his family should be thrown out.

If the courts can't do it at present, then the law must be changed so that it can.

By decisions like this we are just inviting more hate mongers to our Country.

All the people of this Country, whatever their religon, should support the throwing out of hate mongers.

If they cannot, then they should leave as well.

i believe we all deserve some rights but the worst thing we have done is sign up totally to this legislation its destroying our nation we should be like other countries that take it away when a person deserves to have it taken away and not have some idiot in europe dictate what we do.

Chris says:
every one who commits any form of criminal offence should forfeit all rights, we should not allow any one who commits or incites others to commit any form of terrorism to remain in our country, if every one who wants to live in the UK had to swear an oath of allegiance to the crown we should then have the death penalty for those that forswear their allegiance.

Michael says:
Never mind just Terrorists, surely anybody that commits any offence knowingly should have their human rights suspended whilst serving a sentence (make it difficult) if they come from outside the country. Send them back, it should not be our concern. We need to fix Britain before we should try to fix the world.
